I am 23 years old south Asian boy.in my country virginity is sacred and therefore usually no sex before marrying.yet i got a girlfriend who lost it with her ex boyfriend and we did it.i'm a medical student,but i used to masterbate a lot and tried to ejaculate as fast before parents see,therefore i developed ability to ejaculate within seconds of masterbating if necessary.yet for first time i had my first vaginal sex experience,( i had a gf before and we did all except anal or vaginal sex)
My problem was i ejaculated within few seconds of doing sex.but ma penis didn't even collapsed after ejaculation,i was all on that day even after ejaculation,and i tried again after a minute,and i ejaculated again like in a minute.it was really embarrassing,but she understands it's my first time and was cool with it.for third time after 3-5 minutes i was good to go andi tried again and lasted like forever,i could stay as much as i wanted until she asked to stop. And then we did sex for like 5 times and yet i ejaculate within few seconds for first try,always 3rd try making it possible,but when it happens i am not as half as energetic as first time. I need help to overcome this premature ejaculation problem.will it go away eventually or should i have to do something to improve.i would like to have 3rd time stamina when doing it at first time
