I have been working out for about 6 days straight should I take a break from working out today?

it depends really, if ur body is sore, then u should rest. most people work out one day and then rest on the next. i personally make sure that i dont overwork my body too much so that i can workout every single day (that is pretty hard because i sometimes dont know what my limits are). working out every single day isnt the problem, its ur body. if its sore, then dont workout.

If you do lift some heavy weights, yes it's recommended, keeps your body good, and give it a break, avoiding progressive exhaustion. if you keep it light, you can go on, but it's always preferable to take breaks. good luck ;)

yes absolutely. let the miscle recoperate and grow. But becareful not to slack off and start skipping your workouts. I did. Stay on a routine.
