How can I get rid of the foul smell coming from my anus?

it happens everytime i squat or in any position wherein my ******** would tend to open. i do wash with soap and water after i poo. it's really embarassing especially during sex. when i don't have anything covering my bum. The smell has a fishy chracteristic aroma to it. pls. help me.

just curious, are you having anal sex? If you're having anal sex, it could be your partners fault... he might not be cleaning under his foreskin properly... if you are having unprotected anal sex, the bacteria that is under his foreskin will be rubbed into your rectum, and would be causing that fishy stench. If your rectum has been torn slightly from penetration, an infection could cause the smell aswell.



I seriously suggest you go to your doctor, you might have an infection, or an STD. Doctors are trained to be prefessional, so don't be embarrassed.

Certainly need to take special care to wash your butt with soap and water, repeating several times during the bath/shower. But also use some good powder like Gold Bond in your crack and groin area to help with absorbing excess moisture. If you have a lot of crack hair, may also be bacteria growth. Bacteria won't come off with soap and water completely, take some tissue and pour some alcohol on it, and rinse the crack hair well to help kill off the vermin.

If you were a woman, I'd say that you have bacterial vaginosis, which is characterized by the fishy smell. The medicine is flagyl. Somehow either from a man or woman, you got it in your rectal area. Go to a doctor.
