How would Cialis work if I've used cocaine?

I occasionally have done a little tiny (TINY) bit of cocaine while with friends. Just a little "toot" really. But I find that my erections are a little 'sluggish'. However I am so freakin horny!! I wonder if I took cialis would that make a difference? BTW, I am usually a 'top' but cocaine makes is much easier for me to 'bottom'. My partner is very very versatile. Coke has a similar effect on him, except that he's ROCK HARD!! Anyone have any insight? Experience? Although he's never said anything, I'm sure that my less-than-fully-hard-dik is dissapointing to him, and definately affects me, and my comfort!

I would not take both together or even in close proximity, as we are worried about a blood pressure drop-off

Doing cocaine is against laws, do not do it no matter how little "toot" you want. Do not use them together
