I'm just worried the doctor will know. It seems like it would be embarrassing if they could when they look at ur dick for your physical.

Masturbation doesn't change the appearance of your penis at all. Unless you're squeezing the life out of your penis to the point that you have hand marks on it, then he won't be able to tell from the appearance. I believe there are certain hormones that your body releases when you ejaculate, but you ejaculate in your sleep anyways. Your parents would understand if you masturbate, anyways.

A doctor will not embarass you in front of your parents. He will ask you, in private, if you are masturbating. The only parent I allowed with me, at a physical, was my dad (so he and I could know each other better).

Okay doctors have seen grosser things than we can imagine. Why would they be shocked to realize that a guy had masturbated? 85% of men do it's totally normal..... And no they can't tell for sure and quite frankly I don't think they would care.

theoretically yes though I'm not entirely sure. even so, they will likely not bring it up unless they suspect you have an STD and even that being said, it is doctor patient confidentiality so if you are worried about loved ones finding out, he has to keep it secret.
