Go see a doctor just to be safe. It's probably just some breast tissue (yes guys get it too) and it should resolve itself but get it checked just to be safe.

i am 17 years old now but i had the same thing on my left nipple. It hurt like a ***** and it felt like there was something hard under the nipple.
I was worried about it at first too but after talking with my friends i found out that a lot of them had the same thing so i wouldn't worry too much. However I am no doctor so do not quote me on this.

Have you told your parents? They should know so it can be checked by a doctor.

It may be a ceist.
A ceist can be cancerous.
i had a ceist on my cheek once but thankfully it was not cancerous.
i think you should see a doctor and fast.
Good luck to you

You are probably just lactating. See if you can find somebody who will milk you. If you absolutely can't find somebody to do it, I guess I'll do it for you.

I think you need to see a doctor. We can not tell you what it is and do not have a medical degree. See a doctor, it may be nothing but instead of worrying about it get it checked out.

i used to have that. im 16 now. i got worried about it aswell but you shouldnt worry about it seriously, i was freakin out about mune but after like a year it goes away. if your really worried about it see a doctor and tell him you dont want your parents to know. you can even ask a online doctor theres plenty of sites.but im no doctor so get a private checkup if you dont want ur parents to know.
hopethis helps vote me best answer lol, and dont worry. but get it checked out thats the only way you will know 4 sure
