Question:
How do I regain full sensitivity in my penis?
2013-08-05 05:40:20 UTC
I'm a circumcised guy, been masturbating for 2 years dry (I know it's bad to do it dry now, I had no idea at first), I had sex for the first time a few weeks ago and I couldn't feel anything while she was sucking me off or while I was inside and I couldn't ***. I want to regain all the sensitivity Iv'e lost without foreskin restoration or anything of that kind. I'm prepared to stop masturbation as long as I know it'll work? I remember when I used to masturbate at the start and I couldn't even touch my penis head once I finished but now there is like no sensitivity and I can touch it all I want. Also I used to take like a minute of masturbation to *** and now I can take as long as I like. Iv'e lost lots of sensitivity from circumcision and if I knew that this would make me lose even more then id have never started doing it but I did and now I need to get that sensitivity back to be able to perform? ANY Help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Foreskin restoration would be your best bet but since you ain't doing that you're basically screwed. I am not cut and my head is goddamn sensitive but without the foreskin the head would lose it's sensitivity and you wouldn't be able to regain all your sensitivity back because you don't have no foreskin. It must suck for you. Sorry.

Masturbation only effects sensitivity if you are really rough. Unfortunately circumcision often leads to less (all the way up to no) sensitivity and can also over time lead to impotence. Its a really touchy (no pun intended) subject though because two of the major religions push circumcision due to bronze age cultural reasons. America also pushes it, because in the early 1900s doctors thought that if they circed everyone, masturbation would be reduced (which they thought caused insanity) because it was proven to reduce pleasure over time.

Honey, I'm not sure that you can regain all the sensitivity. You can try one or at most two 5-12 mg Yohimbine tablets a day, with food, and a single 1000 mg dose of L-Arginine per day and see if that doesn't help over 2 to 3 months if you want -- and you MUST use lubricant/lotion regularly while masturbating. That will help over time at least a bit. You can also apply lotion to the your penis (a good quality facial type lotion or Man1 Man oil) every day after you shower. That will help some.

You can regain enough sensitivity to ejaculate and enjoy sex, but all of it... Probably not. I'm sorry. I am cut too, and I've never understood why parents do that to kids. I'm pleased to see at least some Jewish parents now refusing, and American parents more and more refuse. I hope Muslim parents will start doing the same soon and we can finally bring it to an end. Let an adult get circed if he wants, no child prior to full adulthood should be, IMO.

Kind thoughts and good luck.

The reason why you have experienced a lack in sensitivity is because of your masturbation habits. Since you have not been using lubrication when masturbating you are suffering from what they call "death grip syndrome", its when your penis is conditioned to find your hand more pleasurable than a female vagina. Also, if you regularly watch porn, your brain is being desensitized by the constant overstimulation caused by the huge selection of porn available to you via the internet. You need to commit to not masturbating and not watching porn for a good amount of time, and then you will find that not only your libido but your sensitivity is almost back to the way you were years ago. You may also want to commit to foreskin restoration as it will assist in sexual function and it will keep the glans protected, which will eventual cause it to become more sensitive.

You need a penis health creme called Man1 Man Oil. This creme is made just for guys who have damaged their penis during masturbation. It repairs and rejuvenates the skin, increases sensitivity and keeps things extra healthy and clean down there. It's an awesome product. Check it out.

Foreskin restoration. It takes time. Start asap.

Circumcision removes 80% of the nerve endings in the penis, removes the protection of the glans (thus desensitizing it), removes the mobile skin that facilitates masturbation and 'gentle' sex (reducing the woman's pleasure).

So, you can decide from that whether you think it's good or not.

The problem is that your lack of a foreskin is causing your penis to become calloused. You can try to lotion it 2-3 times a day for several months and see if that helps. Otherwise, try ecstasy or cocaine during sex.
