It would really suck if you had AIDs but its a small possibility that might cause that too. You need to stop any sexual activitiy immediately and go to the doctor and get checked for all of these plus ask about other possible diseases. The only other possibility is skin cancer but that is pretty unlikely.

Every body gets those. magazines airbrush and use other techniques to make everything look perfect, but even models and celebraties get them. keep your bum clean and dry and try wearing satin underwear or something like that with less friction. sometimes the bumps are microscopic ingrown hairs.also try drinking plenty of water and moving frequently instead of sitting. after all even the skin on our bottoms need to breath. i feel it is because of body getting over heated,it happens usually when you ride a bike for a long distance or when you eat excess of nonveg food. have body cooling food or drink (tender coconut, buttermilk)for a few days.
