Hi everyone , My name is Bill and I'm 20 years old . Still studying and masturbating since I've used this gift . I'm continiously masturbating from 3 to 4 days everynight , and I feel relaxed and much mature towards my life . But the thing is my friends told me that it makes you weak and make your memory loss and etc ... Is that really true ? Do I have to stop my masturbation and wait till I get married or have an open relationship with opposite sex ? Do I really have to do that ? Yes , I do feel some weakness in my spine and I feel relaxed and fresh from sexual tension . Tell me the advantages and disadvantages that masturbation causes in men . Thanks..!!! Masturbation is as normal as breathing. Every man, woman, teenage boy and girl masturbate. If they say they don't, they are either lying or dying.

Medical proffessionals are saying that masturbation is good for you. It helps to promote a healthy reproductive system, it helps to reduce your chances of developing prostate and testicular cancers later in life, it elevates the heart rate, it reduces stress, and it leaves you with a calm, relaxed feeling when you are done. None of this is bad for you.

If masturbation affected your memory, why can I still remember the serial number of my first bicycle, my first boat, my wife's social insurance number, even her birthday and our anniversary,...the list goes on. I have a good memory so I know it has no negative affect on that.

If it relaxes you then its OK. Why are you thinking so much about it. Nearly everybody does it. Do not ever think of stopping it. If your usual will to masturbate stops naturally then its also OK. It does no harm to your body. You know, few years ago I also have done it even everyday. Then I did not feel any such weakness. But nowadays I am doing this once in every week. Now, little bit weakness is catching me. I am 30+. It depends on you that after you get married you may stop it naturally or may continue. Sex with partner is another thing(pleasure) and masturbating is another thing. Now for advantages and disadvantages:

Dude if it really made you stupid then there would be tons of stupid people in the world. Masturbation can make u feel a little weak, it is true, but your strength comes back. As for memory loss, I don't think it does, or like I said, almost every guy would constantly be forgetting everything. The only disadvantages are cleaning up afterwards, and the possibility that someone may walk in on you.
