Hi Brenan: First off,....you do not have Phimosis. True clinical phimosis is when the foreskin is so tight, you cannot retract enough to see the urethral opening.

I think you mean something different when you say the foreskin does not roll down while erect.

The other respondents have taken it as a tight foreskin question.

I think what you mean is the foreskin is long enough, it still covers the glans while erect.

Some men have short foreskins that retract behind the rim of the glans while erect, and other men have long, prominent foreskins that can be manually retracted.

The rest of the men who are fortunate enough to be intact (not circumcised) are somewhere in between, and all are normal.

If you have a long, prominent foreskin, that means you have more nerve innervated tissue to provide stimulation and pleasure,....for both partners.

You should silently thank your parents each day you are alive for having the wisdom to leave you whole, complete, intact, normal, natural, and not allow some hack in a lab coat to mutilate your genitals before you were even out of the delivery room.

If I am way off base here and the question is being asked because the foreskin is too tight,.....there is nothing wrong with you that some simple foreskin stretches cannot solve.

You have a naturally tight foreskin, just like every other intact (not circumcised) man on the planet had at your age.

Over 85% of the males on earth are intact so you are on the winning side. The other 15% are envious and wish they still were intact.

Follow the information in the links below and work the foreskin stretches into the daily shower routine.

Let the warm water loosen and relax the skin before stretching.

Stretches are to be firm, but gentle, with no pain. Pain is a damage indicator. Over stretching till it hurts can create micro tears in the skin opening that will heal over with non elastic scar tissue, making retraction more difficult. No pain,...ever.

What will happen is the Frenar Band (google it) of muscle that closes down the skin opening will relax and expand enough to allow the foreskin to glide effortlessly back and forth over the coronal rim of the glans.

You should see some good results in two weeks, with full and painless retraction in 3-4 months. If it takes longer just keep stretching.

Do not listen to anyone who claims you need to force the skin back to clean under there. Nature has this well in hand. The foreskin/glans combination produce a powerful anti microbial compound called Langerin. Langerin wards off bacteria and keeps this area clean and disease free.....just like you are now.

Go to: www.norm.org and read about the reason and function of the foreskin. You will see how very fortunate you are to still have yours, and how misguided are those who promote circumcision for any reason.

Good luck and I hope this helped.

if it hurts then it is tight and needs to be stretched For men and boys with a tight foreskin that can not be pulled back to uncover the head of the penis, this problem can be easily fixed by gradually stretching the foreskin over a period of weeks. Stretching the foreskin works in more than 9 out of 10 cases, making surgery to the penis, such as circumcision, unnecessary. Keep in mind that it is normal for infants and children to have a tight foreskin that can not be retracted. There is no need to retract the foreskin to wash under it until the boy can do so comfortably himself. Most boys can retract their foreskin by puberty, but for those who can't, gradual stretching is an easy solution. When trying to stretch your foreskin, the most important thing to realize is to do it very slowly. It will take a few weeks to a few months to acheive results, depending on how often you stretch it and how tight your foreskin is. You will want to gently place a finger or two into the opening of your foreskin and gently apply continuous pressure. Make sure you do not feel pain. Pain indicates you are causing damage to the foreskin. Using a topical steroid cream is essential when stretching. Clinical trials have shown that gently stretching the opening of the foreskin and applying a topical steroid cream twice a day is a very effective treatment that works in over 9 out of 10 cases. You should apply the cream to the tight part of the foreskin inside and out twice a day. It's also good to apply the cream while you stretch as this helps the medication penetrate the skin. Betamethasone cream 0.05% is generally used and works best. It is available by prescription from a doctor in the United States, and it is available without a prescription in some countries. (Betamethasone cream should be used if at all possible, but if it is impossible for you to obtain it in your area, hydrocortisone cream 1.0% could be used instead. However, the best chance of successful treatment is with betamethasone.) It is important to continue the stretching without skipping days. Just make sure you are not causing any pain, tearing or bleeding. Also, it is important to never force the foreskin back over the head. If the foreskin becomes stuck behind the head while you are hard, then is called paraphimosis. If the skin gets stuck back while you are hard and you can not get the foreskin back over the head, this is a medical emergency, and you must go to an emergency room immediately. Here is a basic summary for how to stretch your foreskin: 1) Stretch the opening every day for 15-20 minutes twice per day. The more time you spend stretching it the faster it will work. 2) Go very slowly. Stretch it firmly, but don't make it hurt. If you feel pain or have bleeding or irritation, stop for a while and use less force. If you feel pain, you're stretching it too hard. 3) Use betamethasone cream 0.1%. Apply twice a day to the tight part of the foreskin. Applying the cream while stretching works well. 4) Never force your foreskin back. You don't want it to get stuck behind the head. That is paraphimosis, and it requires immediate emergency medical attention. 5) Be patient! It may take months for you to get your foreskin stretched enough to move on and off the head easily. Even though it takes a long time to stretch, its way better than getting circumcised, which requires getting your foreskin cut off, is painful, and makes your penis less sensitive to sexual pleasure. Good luck!

What you have is called phimosis and is perfectly normal. The foreskin is fused to the glans at infancy and does not loosen until late puberty. You can help it loosen with periodic stretching exercises. It may take months to get full results, but the foreskin will loosen.

How old are you? If you are under 16 then that's perfectly normal. When you're older it will eventually roll down but if you're over 16 you might have phimosis where your foreskin can't retract fully. See a doctor or get circumcised.

Hi there,

A good natural remedy for premature ejaculation can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

Rapid climax, early ejaculation, premature ejaculation, whatever you call it, it’s a problem plaguing hundreds of men, although many might not admit it. That’s because ever since ancient times sexual performance has been linked to a man’s virility and masculinity. It’s easy to understand then why a man might want to avoid talking about his ejaculation concerns, either with his partner or anyone else. However, premature ejaculation is actually the most common sexual problem faced by men. Whether it is a persistent concern, or just an occasional incident, most men have reported having some trouble with controlling their ejaculation at one point or another.

Hope it helps.

In most men, premature ejaculation occurs infrequently and isn't usually a cause for worry. However, if it occurs too often and ends up plaguing your sex life, it can very well be a cause for concern. Techniques to delay premature ejaculation https://tr.im/TFR0r

Studies have shown that premature ejaculation has a direct relationship with age. As men grow older and testosterone levels drop with age, premature ejaculation most likely sets in.

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. Wow, that’s not a sexy definition. Personally, I define it as you come quicker than you or your partner wants. Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation https://tr.im/533f4

In simplest terms, Phimosis is a condition where men become unable to completely retract their foreskin over the entire head of the penis. In other words, the opening of the foreskin is too narrow to allow the glans (head of the penis) to pass through.

However, to a Phimosis sufferer, this condition has a much deeper effect on life than a simple anatomical abnormality. For many, Phimosis becomes a constant source of embarrassment in intimate settings. The inability to fully expose the glans can make the sufferer conscious of the way their penis looks and can also come in the way of fully enjoying intercourse.

Many people who successfully treat their Phimosis report enjoying sex completely anew, with much richer sensations and best orgasms. The added pleasure also adds to their confidence and their ability to satisfy their partners without being self conscious.

However, the real drawback of suffering from Phimosis isn't just its effect on one's sexual life. New studies have shown that Phimosis sufferers are 10 times more likely to suffer from foreskin infections and it can be a cofactor in causing premature impotence and STD's in men.

A tight foreskin can also come in the way of hygiene. Phimosis skin often traps bacteria and penile secretions in the inner folds of the foreskin. This often leads to foul and unpleasant odours.

While most Phimosis sufferers learn to live with their condition, this is one instance where ignorance is not bliss. Phimosis sufferers are in the unique position of improving their penile appearance and sexual life dramatically as compared to others.

Most of the teenagers suffer from tightness of foreskin called Phimosis. If u r not in the habit of washing inside foreskin, you will find clotting of white creamy substance inside foreskin which creates irritation, which leads to infection. Always keep inside of foreskin clean by using a mild soap to avoid unwanted skin irritation and infection. You have to take care of this sensitive part more than your face.

Start using some kind of medicated lubricating jelly (viz., K-Y lubricating jelly which is available in all medical shops) or coconut oil and slowly move the skin back and forth to bring the normal flexibility of the skin. This practice may bring your foreskin to normal after some days. Try to stretch your foreskin sideways too.

If the skin is rough, you may have to go for circumcision surgery, as a lost resort. Circumcision is not advisable to all, as this poses many untold problems later during sex, such as loss of natural pleasure, unwanted irritation on sensitive glans penis, so on and so forth. If you keep inside foreskin clean always, there is nothing to worry.

Till the movement of skin becomes normal, you can use Lidocaine 2% anesthetic ointment, along with Candid antiseptic cream inside foreskin and stretch the foreskin sideways, till retraction becomes normal.

Cracks will not happen normally unless you are in the habit of masturbating. As the penis becomes hard during Masturbation, you feel more pain if the foreskin does not move back. This can happen even without masturbation due to involuntary stimulation / erection which happens in early morning hours.

You can apply antiseptic ointment viz., Candid cream / Canesten cream on the cracked foreskin. Avoid moving the foreskin without using K-Y lubricating jelly or coconut oil.
