Yeah, no. Unfortuantely losing weight is not generally easy. That is why there are so many fat people in the world. Diet and exercise are your best options. I would recommend cardio since that would slim you down best. If you do sit-ups only, you risk building muscles under your fat and causing yourself to look bigger than you really are.

sit ups alone wont do it yo have to work the entire trunk of the body to get good results. start with sit ups then do some crunches, add a walk and other excises that work the rest of the body. there is no easy way. if there were no one would be plump in the tummy

Whatever you do, don't use diet pills because they cause heart problems. Talk to your doctor so your doctor can tell you what type of diet is best for you. If you want to do it without your doctors help, exercise at least 3 times a day, drink plenty of water, and eat healthy.

Yes. Eat less & be more active.

When you lose fat you lose it from all over your body - you cannot do anything to decide where to lose it from.

Hardly anyone will follow this advice even though they know it is correct.

diet and exercise. You can't Spot reduce but you can tone your muscles to make yourself look tighter and firmer.
