I am 36 years old and I can still maintain erections real good. Not to mention how I was able to please a woman who is a year younger than me that when I banged her (using a condom) she was able to scream loud to false setto.

Really any kind of food that helps maintain healthy blood flow and have antioxidants. You cannot go wrong with fruits (unless you are allergic to something). But bananas are especially good for sexual health. Really at your age its not so much that you should need to take anything special. You've said that you can still maintain healthy erections. For you its more important to just avoid certain things - excessive caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and foods that are high in saturated fats and sodium.

I think someone else already mentioned some foods like bananas but oysters, chocolates are also good aphrodisiac food. In fact, most of the high cholesterol food are also strong aphrodisiac that can help you maintain your erection.



However, besides these foods, you should also cut down on smoking and booze as these can damage your blood vessels and block blood flow.
