flat lump on left teste?

Hi guys im 13 and i found this flat lump on the left teste prob the width of a pea. i went to a docter and he said that he's suprised i found it and i had to see a specialist. He didnt think it was anythign ither ( i felt no pain on the teste) so i lef tit for awile then i started to feal pain i cant really decsribe it though please tell me what it is! i don't want to go to the docter agian.

you must go to the doctor again. at your age it's unlikely to be anything serious but if it's causing you pain the you need to be checked again. go. it's for the best.

its defo not cancer as cancer lumps dont hurt at all m8 id guess a cist
